Data collected
This site creates no user account and sets no cookies. Only anonymous audience measurement takes place, with no persistent identifier and with anonymised IP addresses (see the Cookies page). Personal data is only collected when you voluntarily fill in the contact form or send an email, and covers:
- name and/or organisation name
- email address
- phone number, if provided
- content of the message (description of the need or project)
Purpose
This data is used exclusively to respond to your contact or quote request, as part of a pre-contractual exchange or the management of a business relationship.
Legal basis
- Legitimate pre-contractual interest: responding to a request for information (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Performance of pre-contractual measures or of a contract, where applicable (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Recipients
Data is processed solely by UNIVERSALIXS. No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. The contact form and mailbox may pass through a technical email provider: Google Ireland Limited (service Gmail).
Retention period
- Contact requests with no follow-up: 3 ans à compter du dernier contact resté sans suite.
- Data linked to a signed contract: for as long as needed to perform the contract, then archived in line with legal accounting and commercial obligations (10 years for accounting documents, 5 years for commercial contract documents).
Transfers outside the European Union
La messagerie utilisée pour recevoir vos demandes est un service Google (Gmail). À ce titre, les données contenues dans vos messages peuvent être traitées sur des serveurs situés hors de l’Union européenne, notamment aux États-Unis. Ces transferts sont encadrés par la décision d’adéquation de la Commission européenne du 10 juillet 2023 relative au cadre de protection des données UE–États-Unis (EU-US Data Privacy Framework), auquel Google LLC est certifié, ainsi que par les Clauses Contractuelles Types de la Commission européenne. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to, and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to universalixs@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you believe your rights are not being respected.
Security
UNIVERSALIXS implements reasonable technical measures to protect the data transmitted (site served over HTTPS, no automated data-collection database on the showcase site).
